Paired house of 120 m2 located in the town of Sant pol de Mar 200 meters from the beach.
On the first floor it has a large living room with TV, stereo and comfortable furniture, the fully equipped kitchen, has access to a terrace of about 15 m2, On the same floor there is a room used as an iron area with access to the terrace and its laundry area. On this floor a toilet is also available.

On the second floor it has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. In the two small rooms, there is a trundle bed with two beds each. In the main room there is a double bed, it has a bathroom inside the room. The second bathroom is shared by the two small rooms.
The rooms have air conditioning.

The kitchen is ceramic hob and has a toaster, coffee maker, microwave oven, fridge freezer.
The basement floor is not available for rent
Remember that we are located 300 m from the center of Sant pol de Mar, 200 m from the sea and the beach. Supermarket, Grocery store, bars and restaurants 100 m away, bus stop from Barcelona airport 250 m away, Sant Pol train station 300 m away

* Check in will be from 4 pm (16 hours) and until 11 pm (23 hours), after 11 pm there is a supplement of € 30.
Once the time is set, if there is any delay there will be a penalty of € 20 waiting time

* Check out: it will be 10 am and you will be informed on the day of arrival
If the flat is not occupied, they may have a late check out with a surcharge of € 50 until 6 pm
If the floor is occupied they can only have a late check out with luggage storage service.

The deposit will always be in cash
Community rules:

As a rule you have to respect the rest of the other neighbors, especially at night from 10 pm to 8 am, during this period of time throughout the house and especially the terrace you have to moderate the tone of voice and avoid making noises and thus do not disturb the neighbors. If there are complaints from neighbors or call the police, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the house at the same time.
* It is strictly forbidden that someone who is not on the reservation sleeps or uses the house or its facilities.
* Parties are totally prohibited
*Animals are not permitted.
* If you lose your keys: € 50 penalty
* Before leaving leave the house clean and tidy. Otherwise € 50 penalty
* It is forbidden to use candles or any other type of objects that can cause a fire in the house.
* The towels that lend themselves to the shower are not beach towels or shoes to be cleaned ... so please do not use them for that purpose. Each damaged or lost towel will be charged a € 5 / small and € 10 / large penalty.

* We have a cot for children up to 2 years. € 15 per stay
* Wifi internet is an extra service to pay by a sim card that has 80 Gb and you have to pay at the entrance: € 15€
* Tourist Tax (mandatory before entering): € 1 per person per day with a maximum of 7 days and not applicable to children under 16 years.
