The lovely refurbished quiet TOP FLOOR (7th - with elevator) with view and balcony, and with a king size orthopedic bed master bedroom, in a very safe resort style complex fifteen minutes west of Multiplaza Escazu, and close to Lindora, Santa Ana, Belen and Ciudad Colón, La Guacima and Coyol, as well as the Airport (SJO) is very popular with Corporate Clients, as well as Vacationing Families or Couples. This is a vehicle recommended location. Buses are every hour during the day. It's also very safe walking distance to upscale small supermarket/deli/bakery and restaurants.
The sleeping configuration options for up to 7 are as follows: 2 adults plus a small child using King (master bedroom), 2 adults using queen (secondary bedroom), 1 adult using the single-twin bed (third bedroom), and up to two small and not tall guests on the living room corner sofa (or alternatively one slim but regular height adult). So definitely 5 adults plus 2 kids typically work for capacity if families or small groups stay.
This beautiful three bedroom, two bathroom, volcano and country view condo is tastefully furnished and comes with a fully equipped kitchen with double door stainless steel fridge with ice maker and dishwasher, and the large corner sofa in the living area, as well as the balcony for outdoor living. All windows are screened. There's international cable TV, wireless broadband internet, free secure parking for your rental car, and even a washing machine and dryer.
This Vacation Condo is conveniently located away from pool noise but with view directly towards one of your swimming pools (as well as towards the volcanoes of Poas & Barva). The two adult and two children's swimming pools are just a quick one minute walk, but they are far enough removed to avoid the annoying noise, group parties, and loud conversations that poolside condos suffer!
As a Parkland's Central Valley guest, you will enjoy complimentary access to the beautiful swimming pools (kids and adults), kids play ground, tennis courts ($), park lands and lagoon (feed the ducks!), running trail as well as to the BBQ areas (with advance reservation). Optional daily housekeeping can be arranged. Weekly housekeeping is often included in extended stays but must be requested and included in any quote.

The vacation condo is located in the fast-growing south-west of San Jose, with direct easy access to Prospero Fernandez Expressway and Caldera Highway (Route 27) - the fastest highway in Costa Rica. The condo is just 6 minutes west from the Forum in Lindora/Santa Ana, 12 minutes west from Multiplaza Escazu Mall, and 20 minutes west from Parque Sabana Sur, downtown San Jose. You will also be about 20 minutes south from SJO - San Jose Airport, and less than and hour from the Pacific Coast. The vacation condo has a unique location, with amazing (can't get lost) easy expressway access via the new 27 highway. With your rental car or by taxi, you feel so close to the most modern zones of San Jose, but then you realize just how close you are to the volcanoes and the Pacific beaches for day trips, too.
