The Property
As you step into the property and walk up the Villa stairs, a sense of purity and calm surrounds you, as this lush jungle, captivating views, and the nearby river have a magical feeling to them and you have complete privacy on this land. Resting on 5000 m2 of untouched greenery, there is also a beautiful garden around the home and a big water apple tree native to the area that sheds many bright pink leafs during the first three months of Summer. This magical place attracts many wonderful creatures like Toucans, Monkeys, Scarlet Macaws, Butterflies, Agouti, and many others.
Villa La Perla Verde is a luxurious and romantic escape where ocean breezes mingle with melodies of native wildlife. From the house's three expansive terraces suspended over the jungle canopy, you will have a front-row seat to nature's theater with the ocean and jungle background. Here you will be able to see the wonderful array of colors in the sky everyday as the sun rises and sets. This is also a great place for bird watching.
A great outdoor SPA area overlooking the jungle is the perfect private paradise in the outdoors while still being connected to the villa. Through the shower door leading right outside of the house you will find the magical sanctuary with a whole-body Jacuzzi that invites you to unwind amid the enchanting allure of nature with no one around you. Here, the world of peace and purity unfolds before your eyes as you lay in relaxation with beautiful views.
The property and Villa are great places for your private retreat and learning the importance of healthy living with breathwork, Yoga, and sounds. Through December and April we have a certified Breathwork and Yoga trainer who is available upon request to provide help and teach from years of experience and learning.

The living room, adorned with a teakwood sofa and orthopedic mattress is also great for relaxing or sleeping more guests, it extends to a spacious ocean-view terrace. The fully equipped kitchen, adorned with granite, invites culinary adventures and is fully equipped to cook comfortably and with elegance. A wooden island creates a dining experience surrounded by the jungle's embrace with views and natural light all around. From the kitchen you may have a direct view into the main bedroom, giving the house an open feeling and lots of space. A designated work space on a 2.3 meter size wooden desk extends on the corridor leading to the bedroom, with a wide ocean view from your chair. Behind the work space there are high quality closets with lots of storage space and a bathroom next to it.
The bedroom hosts a teak wood king-size bed complemented by a high quality orthopedic mattress. It has more storage and hanging closet space, bedside tables and wonderful art and decoration, as well as an ocean view terrace with a hammock. Here you everything you need for the perfect escape. There is a private bathroom in the bedroom area for your comfort. A romantic and luxurious shower and counter space seamlessly connected to the room, which beautifully blend and create an open and elegant space.
hThe SPA area, featuring a deep massage Jacuzzi, becomes a hidden sanctuary. With direct access from the bedroom, this dreamlike space allows you to seamlessly transition from the comforts of the villa to the untamed beauty of the jungle.
