The outdoor spaces have everything for the little ones to have fun and have a good time, while the parents relax on the terrace.
The whole atmosphere of this house is designed so that children are entertained playing in the garden, jumping on the mat or bathing in the small pool. Even the interior staircase has a child safety gate.
There are three bedrooms: on the ground floor there is the main bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, the living room with access to a furnished terrace to eat out or rest, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom.
It also has a large crib and a portable one that can be taken to any corner of the house.
Behind the house there is an outdoor kitchen space and a table with a pergola. In addition, in this area we find the barbecue and a mountable pool.
The house is located very close to a shopping center with several supermarkets. The distance to the beach is 1km.

3. This accommodation does not accept groups of young people. NO PETS. NO SMOKING inside the house. PARTIES are NOT allowed. Any damage caused to the furniture will be deducted from the deposit.
4. Tourist tax 1.10eur per person, maximum 7 days, applies to people over 16 years of age. (Law 5/2012, of March 20 of the Parliament of Catalonia)
5. Passport or travel document details will be required from all guests upon arrival.
6. The deposit (€300) will be blocked on the credit card at the time of delivery of the keys and will be released 7 days after departure if the house has not suffered any damage)
7. For long stays of more than 28 days, supply costs are not included.
8. Key collection: c/ Vilamar 88A, Calafell, Beach Front Apartment Agency. Arrivals after 10:00 p.m. and Check-ins that end after 10:00 p.m. will have a supplement of €50.
