Bright and quiet apartment in center town. With sun and open views in both parts of the apartment (front and back).
There are two bedrooms: the main one is big enough to have 2 single beds that can be set as a double queen sixe bed (as hotels do). It has a huge wardrobe with mirrors all along one wall. There is also a big study table in front of a window that looks to the sunny living. This window is thick and can be blinded by 2 curtains. There is an Air Conditioner machine to be fresh (summer) or warm (winter) whenever you need it. This bedroom has its own door to the main bathroom. This bathroom has alse another door that connects it to the living room.
The other bedroom has a bunk bed plus a wardrobe. There is another double sofa bed in the living room besides another wardrobe.
The living is a nice area very sunny and with a huge window from where you can even see the top of the cathedral 1 km far. Very nice views over other roof tops and a panoramic sky. There is a big dinner table up to 6 people. Plus a little study table. It has Air Conditioner machine to be fresh (summer) or warm (winter) when you need it.
In the apartment there are two bathrooms with 2 shower and a separate toilet. With an unusual layout, it has two bathrooms - one which is long and narrow with no toilet but a urinal.
The kitchen has all you could need to enjoy cooking: induction hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machines, electric juicer, several pans, pots, etc ...
There is also a nice laundry machine plus several lines to hang up all clothes (even when it rains).
This apartment is located 6 STORIES UP WITH NO LIFT. So 6 floors up by steps, NO ELEVATOR but nice stairs to step up. Still, as you can read in reviews, the apartment will provide you other happiness. Unless you are old, don t be scare ... you will get used to it. hehe ...
The apartment has its own fiber optic that provides high speed connection with 5G wi-fi technology. Excellent to be share by all the people on the apartment. It is not shared with any other apartments. ONLY for my guests.
