Loft 2 is a bright, open unit on a quiet private road just off Playa Grande's main entrance — 10 minutes on foot from one of Costa Rica's most celebrated surf breaks and the protected shoreline of Las Baulas National Marine Park. The loft has a queen bed and twin bed (sleeps 3), full kitchen, Starlink high-speed WiFi, air conditioning, and Smart TV. The shared laundry room is steps away between Units 2 and 3 — one of the most convenient setups on the property if you're packing light for a longer trip. Outside, the patio with a bistro table and two chairs is where the day starts and ends. The shared outdoor shower is right next door for post-surf rinse-offs, and surfboard storage is out back. Dedicated parking right out front.
The property consists of two modern buildings side by side — five individual loft apartments total, each with its own private entrance. Relaxed and semi-private — you're part of a small community without it ever feeling like it.
Playa Grande is the quieter, less crowded alternative to nearby Tamarindo — same stunning Pacific coastline, same world-class surf, without the noise. Stock your kitchen at the newly opened Willsofy Supermarket, a full-service market with meat, canned goods, and everyday essentials just a short walk away. The Store, a neighborhood corner market next to the pharmacy, is perfect for personal items and a quick grocery run. There's also a local fruit stand nearby for fresh produce when the season is right. Tamarindo is 20 minutes by car from additional dining and nightlife. Liberia International Airport (LIR) is approximately 55 minutes away.
