Flor de Malinche is a quiet, spacious, three-bedroom villa situated in Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste. This 4,500-acre gated community is known for its three miles of coastline and access to three different beaches, one of them being Playa Avellanas, a renowned surf spot.

It is 2.5 miles to Avellanas Beach, and only three miles to Langosta or Mansita Beach, all in the Hacienda Pinilla property.
