Located in the best area of Barcelona in the so-called Golden Apple. A few meters from Paseo de Gracia and Plaza Catalunya.
This magnificent penthouse is the best place you can stay when you come to Barcelona.
The Space:
The apartment is all new, modern, with all the bells and whistles.
It is perfect for 2 or 4 people. It has two impressive terraces, decorated with great taste, where you will spend the best moments.
One of the terraces has an impressive Jacuzzi, which can fit up to 4 people, it is fantastic to be able to relax and take a fantastic bath in that environment and with fantastic views of the entire city. This terrace also has a solarium, shower, a rest area to have a drink or a snack, a covered area with a sofa and a hanging swing where you can spend hours and hours relaxing.
The other terrace that is on the other side of the house and has 100 square meters, when you enter it you already begin to feel special. It also has a shower and dressing area, as well as being divided into three areas: the relaxation and rest area where you can read and have a drink, the perfect area for sunbathing in a hammock and the dining area where you will enjoy a fantastic gazebo, and a wonderful table with chairs where you can make the best dinners and breakfasts.
The entire terrace is decorated with plants and lights to give an incredibly unique and special atmosphere.
Inside the house is fantastic: it has two fantastic double rooms decorated with great taste, with large beds, equipped with wardrobes, mirrors and beautiful curtains, where no detail is missing.
The apartment has a full bathroom with a large shower and a toilet, in addition to the two showers on each of the terraces.
The kitchen is open and fully equipped, it is comfortable, spacious and very bright. In it you can make all kinds of dishes because it is fully equipped.
The dining room, with access to one of the terraces, decorated with an old fireplace gives it a very cozy atmosphere. The very comfortable sofa to be able to relax all the guests, and enjoy during the afternoons or after dinner.
The glass table is wide and perfect for 4 people.

Parties and events are totally prohibited. Not respecting our regulations, making noise at night, will imply the eviction of the apartment and the loss of the deposit.

The apartment is located in an emblematic and historic building, traditional Catalan.
It is an incredible area, the most requested.
There is an elevator in the building and a porter service from Monday to Friday throughout the day.
The Neighborhood:
Busy, central Eixample is packed with streets of stylish boutiques, bars, and restaurants around iconic square Plaça de Catalunya, while vendors sell their antiques under a mirrored roof at Mercat Els Encants flea market. Master architect Antoni Gaudí designed the towering art nouveau basilica Sagrada Familía, and rippled-stone mansion Casa Milà, which now hosts art exhibits and rooftop jazz concerts.
Getting Around:
There is a parking lot in the corner, it is the best option.
On the same street as the apartment there are two very famous and well-known restaurants, they appear in many tourist guides because they are very good.
From the apartment you can walk to Plaza Cataluña or Paseo de Gracia, it takes only two minutes to get there.
In the area there are all public transport a few meters from the apartment.
