The house dates from 1910 and is rehabilitated respecting the style of the Albaicin and with all the comforts for you to enjoy your stay. It has a private garden with a small pool to cool off in summer and a terrace in one of the rooms. The house is spacious (135 m2) and is organized on 2 floors around an inner courtyard, it is full of details that make it really pleasant. On the upper floor there is a room with a double bed, a work area, another room with a double bed and another single or double bed with access to a small terrace (cot available) and a full bathroom with a very generous bathtub. On the ground floor are the kitchen and living room, with direct access to the patio and a toilet.
