The Space:
This is an elegant vacation rental located within the Las Catalinas Development! This cottage-style home has been nicely decorated, it has plenty of natural light. It offers you a spacious common area in which the kitchen and living rooms are integrated, to make it easy for a family or friends to have a great time together. The living room has a 55 inches TV with cable and a sofa perfect for a chat, a glass of wine, or a movie. You will also find a fully stocked kitchen and a huge island so you can cook with ease, it also has upgraded wood cabinetry, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. On this floor, there's a half bath, washer, and dryer.
During your stay, we include free access to the Beach Club. Upon entering, simply provide your house number and begin enjoying all the unlimited amenities for a complete experience.
Outside you'll enjoy a pool and there is a table set for 8 people, where you can enjoy any meal or chill out at night. Rely on high-speed internet in case you want to watch a movie or even attended a meeting.
Upstairs you will find the master suite with a king-size bed and access to a full bathroom with a walk-in shower, cabinets, and a closet with enough room to make you feel in your own room at home. There are 3 guest bedrooms 2 of them with a king-size bed and one with a queen and a twin, all of the rooms with their own bathrooms for your convenience.
