Summary: Staff very helpful and friendly, bedroom (with roof terrace) was great, esp as roof terrace gave us private sunbathing space. Hotel restaurants are very over-priced, even compared to brilliant michelin chef restaurant in nearby Sotogrande (a drive away): Cortijo Santa Maria 1962, which I highly recommend. Music is far far too loud in the lounge area and by the pools. Spoils what would otherwise be a great hotel. Breakfasts are fantastic, as well as cooked, there's an array or yoghurts, nuts and fruit, plus cakes galore, should you crave sugar first thing, and cava and bloody mary's.
