At the heart of the home is the open-plan kitchen, dining, and main lounge area that flows seamlessly to the outdoors, creating a true indoor–outdoor coastal experience.
The designer kitchen features stone benchtops, a large island with bar stools, a walk-in pantry, Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of storage. The dining area seats 8 and is perfect for shared meals, morning coffee, and entertaining. The main living area includes a large-screen smart TV and a comfortable L-shaped sofa—ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.

The Hopkins River Mouth, locally referred to as the Blue Hole (around 2km from the house), is a striking location featuring dramatic cliffs, unique rock formations, and natural rock pools. It’s a favourite for fishing, scenic walks, as well as kayaking and paddleboarding.
The Foreshore Promenade links Warrnambool’s beaches from the Hopkins River through to Lady Bay and connects with the Rail Trail to Port Fairy. It’s perfect for a morning run, relaxed walk, or a bike or scooter ride with the kids, with several great coffee spots along the way.
