Het is geen mondaine toeristische plek, maar alles is wel op te zoeken. De hippe tenten in Alicante, mooie eetgelegenheden in Altea, tot de Spaanse keukens in de omgeving. Een fijn en goed ingericht vakantiehuis in het rustige bergdorpje Busot. Rij 10 kilometer en je hebt het heerlijke strand van Campello met zijn Spaanse boulevard, de supermarkten bevinden zich ook in Campello.Het buitenleven bij Casa de Verano is fantastisch, het is voorzien van een ruim terras, privézwembad en buitenkeuken. Met deels zicht op de prachtige bergen van het binnenland.
Via een lange oprijlaan die plaats biedt voor 3 auto’s kom je na het passeren van een mooie olijfboom ,bij de voordeur van Casa de Verano. Alles hier is gelijkvloers en sta je na het openen van de schuifdeuren al heerlijk op het terras. De woonruimte en de keuken bevinden zich samen met de eettafel in 1 ruimte, waardoor het overzichtelijk is. De woonkamer is licht en helder. In de woonkamer en op de terrassen buiten is Wifi waardoor je makkelijk met je laptop op schoot kan werken of een filmpje kunt kijken.Vanuit de woonkamer loop je het terras op, hier is een loungebank en een lange eettafel. Dit is een heerlijke plek om in de schaduw onder de pergola te genieten van je ontbijt, lunch of diner. Vanaf hier heb je een mooi uitzicht op het privé zwembad en de omgeving. De berg op de achtergrond maakt het plaatje compleet.Bij het zwembad staan op het zeer ruime terras 6 ligstoelen. En zijn er verschillende parasols aanwezig. In de mooie buitenkeuken kun je heerlijk koken en je eten bereiden, hier maak je gebruik van de elektrische Weber. Het (afgesloten) terrein rondom de villa is zeer ruim.
