Summary: Not much good about this place, a lot of the equipment was basically falling apart. The safe was left in the locked position and maintenance never came to fix it. The washing machine locked up with our clothes inside, for which they did eventually come and fix. The microwave was iffy, one had to fiddle with the buttons to get it to run. The wood panel on the fridge is loose, which makes opening it difficult. The strict "no partying" policy is ignored -- people were partying late at night on several nights of our stay. The door locks are iffy, one had to use massive force on the front door, while the apartment door sometimes wouldn't close -- I had to tighten some screws in the mechanism to make it work better.
