Our townhouse is located in the pitoresque village of Frigiliana only 5 km from Nerja.
The house is modern and decorated in scandinavian style in 2016.
The entrance floor has a spacious living room, kitchen, guest toilet and balcony/terass with dining table and a new Weber barbecue (gas). From the terrace you have a stunning view over the sea and the mountains.
At the lower floor you find three bedrooms and two spacious bathrooms new from 2021 with heating floors. From here you have access to the second terass with a lounge area and a few steps further down the pool terrace (7 x 3,5 meters, 140 cm depth). At the pool terrace there are sun chairs and parasols as well as a smaller dining place.
All rooms are equipped with modern and silent air condition systems.
From the villa you have direct access to a range of various hiking trails in the mountains as well as a range of cafés and restaurants in the Frigiliana village.
The house is suitable for an active lifestyle in wonderful surroundings and at the same time you have just a few kilometres to Nerja and a number of beautiful beaches in the area.
Only 50 minutes journey north you find Granada and close by Sierra Nevada.
