This modern ground and first floor villa is situated within a small private housing estate in the rural valley of Solius, a district of Santa Cristina D'Aro. Although wonderfully quiet and in the middle of the countryside one has use of a large community swimming pool. The house has two double, one twin bedroom and a triple bedroom with a single bed and a bunk bed plus easy capacity for a junior bed and a cot, two bathrooms (one en suite and the other semi en suite which doubles as the family bathroom) both with baths and shower heads. The main bedroom has a large balcony with views down to the sea. Two of the other bedrooms share a balcony which is accessed by a door from each room.
On the ground floor there is a large sitting room, a seperate dining room and a fully equipped kitchen sufficiently large to sit 6 around a table within the same room. The ground floor also has a W.C. and a utility room with a walk in shower.
There is a large East and South facing terrace which is accessed from balcony doors from both the sitting room and kitchen. There is a gas BBQ and garden furniture on the outside terrace. The rest of the garden is of mainly a wild rustic nature with some hammocks hung in the trees and a garden swing. For 2017 we have added a ping pong table to the exterior outdoor games of a badminton net and swing ball. There is also an outdoor shower to cool off as required. The community swimming pool is at 400 metres and the beach at 6km and if you are inclined all can be done safely on local bicycle tracks.
If you have a roof rack we can lend you a double sea kayak and paddles.
Various traditional Spanish towns (Sant Feliu de Guixols - Platja D'Aro and Palamos are all close by.
Golf: Many World Class Golf Courses in the Area
Barcelona : Barcelona city 1 hour 15 minutes drive, or by train links.
Foodies: Many good local restaurants including the best in the world at 35 Km
