Vistamar nestles on the side of Monte Pedreguer, affording fantastic views of mountains and coastline. Though in a tranquil and elevated position, it is easily accessible to the coast and all the major towns and resorts in this stunning area.
With a brand new kitchen this year, and refurbished, the property is very light and airy. All bedrooms, as well as the lounge and sun terrace face across the valley overlooking the town of Denia and across the mediterranean. offering views across La Sella (famous for its golf resort), Montgo national park and other mountain ranges and foothills. Vistamar offers a modern home-from-home.
The communal pool is around 50 metres away and was completely retiled and refurbished in 2016. It has shower facilities, and lots of space for loungers and sunbathing. It has the same outstanding vista as the property and due to the elevation has a welcome cooling breeze. There is an allocated parking space directly at the front of Vistamar with just a few steps down to the front door.
The entrance opens into a small hallway leading into the new kitchen, shower room with W.C. and the large open lounge diner, off of which sits the private sun terrace.
Down the stairs to the lower floor you will find one double bedroom, with fully fitted wardrobes and a small balcony overlooking the view. Next to this is a twin room also with fully fitted wardrobes and views across to Denia. A fully fitted bathroom, spacious landing and storeroom with washing machine, loungers, outdoor chairs and other holiday essentials complete this floor.
All linen and towels, and beach towels are also included.
