Enjoy this immaculate home. Four bedrooms, including two with queen size beds, offer plenty of room for all, along with two indoor living areas, a spacious alfresco area, and large rear garden wrapped in tropical plantings.

Martha Cove is a community set around an extensive harbour, home to many beautiful boats. Although Waterford House is not waterfront, it is literally thirty seconds to walk from the driveway to the corner of the street and the marina's edge. Martha Cove offers extensive flat paved paths and boardwalks, perfect for cycling, scooters, walking or running. There are several great kids outdoor play areas, as well as an outdoor gym.
****Please note this is NOT a party house. It is located in a quiet residential area patrolled by a private security force. No more than two guests cars are permitted at the property. No more than 6 guests are permitted to stay, and no parties or large gatherings are to be held. Noise must stop in accordance with local laws in the evenings. Safety Beach is a safe sandy beach, characterised by colourful bathing boxes dotted along the shoreline. Foreshore walking trails lead to neighbouring Dromana, and the view is book-ended by Arthur's Seat in one direction and Mount Martha in the other. On the foreshore you will enjoy watching the wide variety of watercraft busily making their way across the bay, and even the Spirit of Tasmania heading off on it's nightly journey can be seen.
