Built on a mountain slope with South & Southeast orientation, across 3 levels with 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 3 living rooms. The property is in excellent condition, bathrooms renovated in 2024, with quality materials, terraces on each floor, which offers plenty of space to enjoy magnificent sunny days on the Andalusian coast.
We access the Villa through a wooden gate or an automatic gate leading to a ramp with parking space for up to 6 cars. Next to the entrance, we find a colourful porch with flowers and a fountain with Andalusian-style ceramics leading to the main villa entrance. From the hallway, we access the spacious and bright fully equipped kitchen with dining area and parking zone access. On the other side, a large living room with fireplace and access to the sunny terrace with views of the pool and sea. On the other side, a corridor with toilet and access to the magnificent bedroom with walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and terrace access.
From the hallway, you can access the ground floor via stairs, which can be managed as an independent apartment, with its own door at the end of the stairs and separate external access. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and a spacious, bright dining room. From the living room entrance, we access a large outdoor porch with seating area, barbecue and sea views. A few steps lead to the garden and large pool, which, being on a slope, offer a pleasant and very private area.
We access the upper floor via the interior stairs connecting the 3 floors, a beautiful and colourful bevelled stained glass window illuminates the top of the stairs. This floor has 3 rooms. 1 large bedroom with walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and terrace access. Two other bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, both with access to the villa's highest terrace offering incredible panoramic Mediterranean views.
All rooms are spacious, exterior-facing, with marble floors, wardrobes, double-glazed windows, security grilles and air conditioning with independent control in each room and living areas.
The Villa is located in a quiet area, 5 minutes from the picturesque town of Benalmádena, 5 minutes from the beach and close to the AP-7 motorway access for quick connection to Málaga international airport.
