Positive: The location was good.

Negative: The host did not inform us of how to check in beforehand and when we called him to ask how we can enter the building he said he did not speak English and kept speaking really fast in Spanish even when I said I did not understand. Apparently we had needed to download an app to unlock the doors remotely but there was no way we could have known that since he had not communicated that to us before check-in. He sent us instructions in English but it turned out the instructions were not even accurate. A nice lady who was passing by helped us and spoke with the host on the phone and ultimately was able to get us in. We would've been stuck for a very long time if the lady had not helped us. We had been traveling for over 20 hours and since the host had told us we could not even store our bags before check-in, we had to find another place and pay to store our luggage until check in time. We were so tired but the check-in took forever and the host was not willing to come to the location to help us. He was also was raising his voice over the phone. This is how our trip in Spain started. It was my husband's first time to Spain but it must've left a deep impression on him because he thinks the French are much nicer than Spanish people.
