Positive: This hotel was the best one we have ever used in Spain in the 20 years we have been livinng here. From the moment of booking in, we were very impressed with the happiness, friendliness and helpfulness of every member of staff, in every location within the premises. The room was spacious, spotless and with lots more storage space than most hotels offer. The food in the restaurant was superb at all mealtimes, with very interesting and creative presentations and lots of variety. We have to comment on the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff there - especially Ana and Rafael - who went out of their way to help us. Personally, the fact that at breakfast time there is a special, separate section with gluten-free foods was a real treat, so that I did not have to accept whatever a waiter brought me from the kitchen, regardless of my own preferences. The bar lounge area was comfortable and spacious, with excellent evening entertainment. Taxis are readily available near the hotel, and the bustling marina, with lovely shops, is only a couple of minutes walk away, as are excellent beaches.

Negative: We couldn´t find a single fault with this hotel.
