Located on the second floor (no lift) of a historic building on Carrer de l’Argenteria, just off the Rambla, this apartment offers an exceptional setting. The balcony at the front is perfect for enjoying parades, festivals, and even the traditional Tarlà de l’Argenteria when it appears. For environmental reasons, the apartment does not have air conditioning. Instead, every room is equipped with high-quality ceiling fans, and the thermal windows keep the apartment cool in summer and warm in winter. Inside you'll find a bright living room with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a large dining table for six, fast Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. There are three bedrooms: a master with a twin bed (can be arranged as two singles), a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third with two single beds placed together. The front bedroom also has access to the balcony and includes a desk.
