Positive: We liked the location, facilities, and cleanliness of the place. The heated pool was a bonus, it was so great to walk in to warm water. Apartment was modern and very stylish. We enjoyed the view from our terrace over the banana plant and the tree by the pool. The staff was helpful and cheerful. Definitely one of the best place to stay in Las Palmas.

Negative: I've seen people check in before 15.00 and we were told the check in is from 15:00.
