Summary: My partner and I decided to stay here after having a pleasant stay in another room at this location last year. But this trip we were unfortunately very disappointed. While the images online are appealing, and even upon first glance the room is nice when you enter, but things go downhill from there as you use the space. Two of the pillows on the bed are huge (no seriously, perhaps the largest I’ve ever seen) and quite uncomfortable to sleep with. The microwave/oven combo didn’t work - which was quite frustrating as having a useable kitchen was the reason we booked this place! The dining room table wobbled significantly. The check-in instructions were not sent to me on time, so I had to call several numbers to find the right person to give me the details to get into my room, since they have no actual reception. Then they ask you to do all the dishes but don’t provide dish soap to do so - so we had to run and by some, despite not being able to use the kitchen as much as we intended in the first place.
The view over the water is stunning, and the location is nice and convenient.

Summary: Great place to stay, also suited for longer stays. Close to old town and shopping, close for sightseeing and there is plenty of parking on the street. Great place is you value a larger space.
Our room was good and we are happy with the stay. Only pit was hard pillows.

Summary: The lady at the front desk was extremely helpful & polite, a credit to your hotel.
Location is good especially as there is a large, free car park 1 minutes walk away.

Summary: Beautiful location with an unique view over the canal. Close to Antwerp walking streets and shops. Friendly and helpful staff. Only thing that can be an issue is that the bathroom and restroom gives no privacy becuse of the glass walls and doors. But if you are an exhibitionist like me, it is perfect:)
We did not order breakfast, but got some free croissants on departure, which was a nice gesture.
