It is truly an American style home nestled in the jungle approximately 1,865 square feet of interior living space on the main level, 1200 square feet on the lower Villa and 1,500 square feet of poolside terrace. The home features vaulted teak ceilings, beautiful cedar doors, tile, stone, and wood accents throughout. Main level pool side has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full sized fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, and laundry room. In addition to the large poolside terrace, the home features a complete wrap around terrace.
The Main level Villa is the center of Jungle Creek. The has 4 beds including a King bed in the Master bedroom, King bed in the 2nd bedroom and Queen and Double in the 3rd bedroom. It has a 42" TV with cable and DVD player in living room and 32" TV, cable, DVD player in the Master bedroom and a private laundry room with washer / dryer. The living area has two sliding glass doors that open to the pool and sun deck.
The lower Villa features two large bedrooms, spacious bathroom , full sized fully equipped kitchen, office space, dining area, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player in the living room. Master bedroom has King bed, second bedroom has Queen bed and a single Murphy bed. The 10ft high teak ceilings, open floor plan, large windows make it a spacious villa with lot's of natural light. The space features a private stone entry, night lighting, beautiful garden views, and space to enjoy the outdoors on our private creek-side walking paths.
This Villa features an island bar with four stools. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and double sinks. Each room has its own large closet and sitting area. The living space has plenty of seating for everyone with an island bar, a large sofa, and dining table with four chairs. The Ideal Villa for Combined Families and Friends....
