Recently renovated and designed in an industrial style, this studio will be a perfect place to stay for couples and families. There are a double bed and a sofa bed that allows us to welcome the groups of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children.
It is located just 5 minutes from the historic center of Malaga. If you are looking for a centrally located accommodation, this would be a comfortable place to stay for a few days or even weeks.
Attention: There is a construction project going on on the street that may create some daytime noise.
You will have the entire apartment at your disposal and also access to the community swimming pool. The swimming pool is shared with other residents of the building and is available from 8 am till 8 pm, while closing between 2 pm and 4 pm.
Please, note that during peak hours the access to swimming pool might be affected to respect the maximum capacity of the premises.
There are a double bed and a sofa bed with sheets and towels.
Fully equipped kitchen comes with a fridge, microwave, electric stove, cutting boards, set of knives, plenty of pots/pans/cooking utensils, glasses/plates.
