Summary: Hotel is very nice, rooms are spacious and plenty of towels were available in the room. The air unit would not cool. This was not reported to the staff bc we only stayed one night. check-in was delayed but staff was very polite and apologized for the wait. We have stayed here several times and it is always clean and efficient.
