The house is located on the seafront, 50 m from the Arenal beach.
It is very well equipped, is all new and has everything you need to spend a great holiday.
The exterior of the house has 350 m2 where we have the private pool of 8 m x 3 m shallow from 1.00 m to 1.20 m maximum, ideal for children and the elderly.
In the front there is a covered terrace with a large table, 6 armchairs and two sun loungers, the rear in the garden area there is a wooden platform with a large iron table with 4 rocking chairs + 2 additional chairs, where you can enjoy great breakfasts in the morning in the open-air garden with shade until 2pm is a quiet and very pleasant area.
The house has an outdoor parking area for two cars inside the property right next to the pool, and there is secure parking available on the street in front of the house all season.
The house is distributed on the ground floor with a dining room with large 42p television and cheslong sofa, the kitchen is independent and very complete on this ground floor has a toilet.
On the 1st floor we find three bedrooms, two large with double beds and the third bedroom with a bunk bed with 2 single beds.
On the same facade the house has a large upper terrace with exit from the two rooms, in addition to 1 full bathroom with large shower with a work seat for showering sitting for your comfort.
The house has free wifi internet in the months of April, May, June, July, August and September, if you want this service in other months, consult the property if there is possibility.
On the day of entry to the house will be the beds made for you upon arrival.
