On the first floor: 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds each and 2 bathrooms with bath. On the second floor: 1 attic-type bedroom with 2 single beds and access to a terrace-solarium. It has all kinds of equipment such as washing machine, italian coffee maker, fans, heating for winter, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi throughout the establishment, free parking space and sheets and towels included. Key collection takes place from 4pm to 9pm with an option to extend. It is a smoke-free establishment. Pets are allowed at an additional cost.
