It consists of two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, kitchen and laundry room; fully furnished. The house has been built according to American Standards with double pane glass windows and doors, R-30 roof insulation and R-19 in the walls, and an attic where the central air conditioning unit is located.
Four miles North from the Town of Colorado de Abangares, on the road to San Buenaventura, Guanacaste, on the Pacific side mountains of Costa Rica with an ocean view. The property is 2.5 acres and is part of a 650 acres development.
The property has frontage on the road to San Buenaventura and has been graded in 4 terraces with different elevations. Electricity is provided by ICE (Instituto Costarricence de Electricidad), with industrial grade electric wiring. Cable and telephone have been installed, running underground from the street electric meter housing to the house.
Water is provided by two sources: a 1.5-mile aqueduct that runs up to a natural water spring on the mountain, and a well with a submerged 1 HP electric pump.
Roads have been cut throughout the project and it is drivable with a 4 x 4 vehicle. Hundreds of native trees have been donated by ICE Nursery Tronadora de Tilaran for reforestation of mountain and land within the 250 hectares project and planted with cooperation of Minaet and Colorado High School.
