The first three bedrooms are furnished with a king-sized bed, while the fourth bedroom offers a queen bed. Some bedrooms and bathrooms offer additional amenities, such as comfortable sitting areas, TVs, or soaking tubs.
With sweeping, high ceilings, the living room offers plenty of comfortable couches and chairs angled around a large wood coffee table and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The living room connects to the gourmet chef's kitchen, featuring a wrap-around breakfast bar that seats five and state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, including a double oven, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a six-burner stove with a range hood. Behind the kitchen is a formal dining room with a table that seats ten.
From the kitchen, walk through a sliding glass door onto a spacious patio surrounded by lush landscaping. This patio offers al fresco dining for eight, two comfortable sitting areas, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor fridge. Pet-friendly policy
We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs.), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Certain properties and complexes may have specific rules and registration requirements. Pets need to be verified at least 24 hours prior to check-in. If guests arrive at check-in with unverified pets, access to the property will be denied.
Owners are responsible for their pets' behavior and any damages incurred. Pets should not be left unattended within the property. For any questions or further details about our pet policy, feel free to contact us!
Special Places of Costa Rica is committed to protecting our properties and complying with short-term rental regulations, which is why all guests are required to complete an independent verification with our trusted partner, TRUVI, before check-in. You will be contacted via email, text, or app notification with instructions to complete this process. As part of the verification, you will need to choose between paying a refundable security deposit (which includes a non-refundable 2% processing fee) or purchasing a non-refundable damage waiver, which protects you in case of accidental damage during your stay. We strongly recommend the damage waiver, as it provides peace of mind and avoids tying up funds with a deposit. Both the TRUVI verification and your selection of either the deposit or the damage waiver must be completed prior to your arrival. Failure to complete either step may result in being denied access to the property and forfeiting the rental without refund. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

We can arrange transfers to and from the airport. Rental cars can also be delivered to your property at no additional cost, allowing you to relax and enjoy the scenery as our private van drives you here from the airport.
Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
