Summary: Cleanliness was acceptable, but the bedding left much to be desired—neither the mattress nor the sheets were comfortable. The air conditioning struggled to cool the room adequately and was extremely noisy, making it hard to rest. Overall, a terrible night’s sleep, which is surprising for a hotel of this caliber.
