Positive: The rooms were clean and the hotel was generally clean. The male bar staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative: We had booked a superior Room with 2 double beds and a private bathroom. We were given a Room with one double bed with the shower in the room and a private toilet. You had to shower in the bedroom in front of the other quest. I complained about this immediately and was told it was all that was available that night even though we had paid 200 euros Extra for the superior Room. And we were only there for 5 nights.I was told to come to reception in the morning and we would get the room we had paid for which we did. restaurant was clean but the food was cold and not replenished. Very little choice especially for vegetarian.
