Summary: The property is clean and located close to Casa Battlo and many dining spots. It's not a big issue, but reception is unattended a lot of the time, requiring phone/data calls to access the property. You also need to bear in mind that this is hostal style accommodation - so no fridge, tea making facilities in the room. Some of the rooms windows/doors open onto a tiny internal shared courtyard/lightwell, which can feel a bit insecure. Pricing seemed high for what was provided.
