Fantastic Villa with capacity for 10 people. The Villa has a large swimming pool and private garden just 1300 meters from the beach. They have two totally independent kitchens, one of which is located downstairs in a spacious summer room that will allow you to spend pleasant moments with family or friends. In the garden you will find a stone barbecue and dining area. For greater comfort and tranquility you can park your vehicle on the ground. The house has Wi-Fi.
Pineda de Mar is certified with the family tourism destination brand, ideal for spending an unforgettable vacation in a quiet environment. Its wide and long beach offers a great variety of cafes, terraces and restaurants where you can taste the great variety of Mediterranean food. They have a large number of green squares and children's games that make a privileged nucleus to enjoy your family holidays. Pineda de Mar has a train station that circulates throughout the Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel in case you do not want to use your vehicle.
