It is close to many amenities such as supermarkets, souvenir shops and restaurants. The Marino Ballena national park and beach is less than a 7 minute drive away where you can see Uvita’s picturesque scenery and Whale’s Tail beach experience! Many different waterfalls, horseback tours, surfing schools and various excursions are in the area.
The house is located on a quiet, modern street that is beautifully lit up at night resembling Hollywood, thus the inspiration for the name. The total living space is 3400 square feet and has a very spacious and open concept design. The kitchen is a dream with beautiful white granite countertops and top of the line appliances, including a dishwasher which is a true luxury here in Costa Rica! It is stocked with plenty of cookware and your basic cooking needs. The kitchen overlooks the main living room which has a large sofa and TV, just perfect for a cozy movie or games night at home.
Off the living room are sliding glass doors that open to the outdoor living space. There is an eight person dining table and another sitting area and bar that has its own mini fridge, sink and BBQ grill. The large yard is great for lawn games and is a great place for children to play. It is all fenced in so you don’t need to worry about a little one escaping. Take a dip in the pool and enjoy the unique sights, sounds and smells in your own private paradise.
There are four bedrooms in this home and each has its own AC unit, storage space, and bathroom nearby. There is one room with a double bed and two rooms with queen beds. The master bedroom has beautiful views and access to the pool and patio. It has a king sized bed with an upscale walk in closet and ensuite, and best yet, its own TV!
Other amenities include a laundry room which has a washer and dryer set. Parking space is available for two cars in the driveway and no 4x4 is needed.
