Spacious living and dining areas, beautiful enclosed terrace, also with TV (which can be completely opened to make other indoor or outdoor living area), 4 double bedrooms with TV in each room and 4 bathroom. The kitchen is fitted to a very high standard with Bosch white goods. € 50 of air conditioning use is allowed per week in the price, which is sufficient for normal usage. Outside is a private pool, gas barbecue, 8 sunbeds and hammocks. Lovely gazebo with table and chairs. The garden is beautifully designed and maintained, with fantastic night lights. Babies catered for with stair gates, high chair and travel cot, plus fold out bed for young child. Also included are 4 pushbikes, tennis rackets and set of golf clubs. WIFI included plus board games and Nintendo Wii. There are 3 TV internet boxes for all the channels and movies you may need, plus a fully stocked DVD library. There is a safe and security cameras. Access at rear of property to open countryside for hiking or cycling. There is also a car port for 2 cars. 25 minutes to the nearest beach, close to town of Fuente Alamo, and easy access to Murcia and Cartagena. Golf and other sports facilities on site. There are also various bars and restaurants on site. Closest supermarket is 5 minutes away by car.
