Welcome to this lovely sea-view apartment in Playa de Gandia, ideal for 6+2 people.
There's a communal, 10m x 24m chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m to 2.2m and an exterior shower. This homelike apartment offers a private terrace where you can have a large breakfast overlooking the Mediterranean.It is located on the 8th floor with lift and offers accommodation on 75m². It has 3 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two twin bedrooms. Extra guests will sleep in a double sofa bed. The apartment offers two shower bathrooms. For our youngest guests we gladly supply a cot and a high chair. All bedrooms are equipped with a fan. More fans and electric heaters are available on request. The sitting-dining room is luminous and with sea views. It offers a sofa, a TV-set and a table with chairs. The fully-equipped kitchen is independent and it has a ceramic hob as well as all household appliances to feel at home and be able to cook during your vacation. A kettle is available on request. You will also find a washer, iron and ironing board. Playa de Gandia is nice for a all-year round holiday and the 7 km beach with crystal clear waters and fine sand is family-friendly. The Playa del Nord offers everything you can imagine, restaurants, leisure, bars and shops. Playa de l'Ahuir and Playa de Rafalcaid are quiet beaches, perfect for those seeking relax. If you bring your pet, you can go to Playa Can, where dogs are welcome. There is also a nudist zone. The marshland Ullal de l'Estany is nice for a walk or a pick-nick in the midst of nature. Gandia's fresh water comes from this zone, particularly from the mountains of Alquería de Duc. If you have still time left, visit the Museum of Modern Arts and Sciences in Valencia or the entertainment park Terra Mítica in Benidorm. Pets are welcome. The holding of events is forbidden. Many cities like Moraira, Javea, Denia and Altea have sailing and swimming clubs and you can learn windsurfing, water skiing and diving. In many places you can rent sailing boats, jet skis, pedal boats and motor boats. Fishing is also permitted in some areas of the coast. Conditions
There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
