Terrace is our 3-bedroom vacation apartment located in one of the best residential areas of Málaga: Teatinos.
It has excellent communication with other neighborhoods and the historic center of Málaga, either by bus or metro. The metro stop of line 1 is just 60 meters from the apartment. There are several supermarkets nearby, such as Mercadona, just 170 meters away. The area is surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops, etc.
The 120 m2 apartment features one bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, one bedroom with a double bed, and one bedroom with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with a desk and TV. Centralized air conditioning is available. The living room includes a double sofa a Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee maker, washing machine, dishwasher, and recycling bin.
Free high-speed Wi-Fi is provided, and there is a small 10 m2 terrace with views of the pool. The building has an elevator and a communal pool.
There is also an optional garage available for an additional fee.
The pool is open from 15th June to 15th September.
Open: from 11:00 to 15:00 p.m. and from 17:00 to 21:00 p.m.
Extras
The crib has an additional cost of €5 per day.The baby kit (crib, bath + high chair) costs €10 per day.
There is also the option to request in-person check-in at the apartment for an extra charge of €50.

Check-in time is from 15:00 to 21:00 hrs. Key collection takes place at the office on the day of check-in until 21:00 hrs, with personalized assistance if needed or if you have any questions.The keys will be available for self-check-in outside starting at 21:00.
You can leave your luggage at our office located at Avda. Manuel Agustín Heredia No. 6 (Málaga).
Check-in can be done online or in person at our office. Please, if you choose to do it in person (recommended), don’t forget to arrive early, as all guests over 16 years old will need to sign the mandatory police registration.
