The kitchen has essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to prepare simple meals, such as a stove and a microwave.
There are two bedrooms; both have a king bed with hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.
The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Teia is a lovely community just a 25-30 minute drive to vibrant Barcelona. The neighbourhood is welcoming and friendly and a melting pot of culture and gastronomy. The property is only 8 minutes from the beautiful town of El Masnou, where you'll find plenty of restaurants, shops, and a supermarket, and only 15 minutes from the beach.
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.
There are several bus stops within walking distance.
Barcelona-El Prat Airport is a 45-minute drive from the property.
Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
The deepest part of the pool is about 150mts max. The other end is 120mts.
We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. If you need cleaning or extra linen, please let us know, and we will gladly provide an additional charge.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
