Make your visit to Barcelona unforgettable by staying in this fantastic and spacious XIX century apartment with a large patio, within walking distance of many tourist attractions and a 13-minute walk from the center of Barcelona, but in a neighborhood where locals live. This beautiful classic apartment is located on the first floor of a traditional 19th century building in the Eixample district, very central, in an area with a great selection of restaurants and bars, close to public transportation and with many shops and supermarkets nearby.
The apartment has 110 m2 plus 40 m2 of patio, with high ceilings (3.3 meters/13ft) with original plaster moldings (three of them polychrome) and beautiful original hydraulic tile floors. It was restored faithfully following the original floor plan and style, but with an updated reinterpretation. The apartment has a bright living room, a dining room, a total of 4 bedrooms, all with air conditioning and three of them with their own bathroom and the last one with the bathroom in the hallway. Two of the rooms face the street but the double glazed windows block street noise, the other two rooms face the interior and are quiet. All rooms have a wardrobe. It has a total of four double beds, one of which can be converted into 2 single beds, so up to 5 people can sleep without having to share a bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to cook, plus a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso machine, electric kettle, toaster, and full-size fridge. There is a washer and dryer, 4 televisions with international satellite channels (one television in each of the two large bedrooms, one in the inner bedroom and one in the living room), Netflix, Amazon Prime and WiFi.
And the most surprising and unique, the large patio to relax in the evenings or enjoy memorable dinners.
