This gorgeous 3 bedroom house/1 casita house is located 1 km (.6 miles) from the #1 beach in Costa Rica- Playa Conchal-home of the Westin and W Hotel. Set in the jungle in a small 10 home gated community, you are so close to everything but just far enough away to enjoy the beauty that Costa Rica offers. Wake up to the sounds of monkeys nearby, see pizotes, armadillos, foxes and deer close by plus tons of birds and butterflies. We are only a 30 minute drive to Tamarindo, 20 minute drive to amazing surfing in Playa Grande, 20 minutes to Playa Flamingo and surrounded by some of the most gorgeous beaches in Costa Rica ( 4 within 5 minutes and 15 within 40 minutes ). We are located exactly 1 hour from Liberia airport. Most tourist activities are within 20 minutes.
The house itself is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 full bath house with air conditioning and beautiful private outdoor living area and private pool. It also boasts a 1 bedroom separate "Casita" (sleeps 2 complete with kitchenette, washroom) The master has a king bed and beautiful private jungle view balcony to enjoy your morning coffee. Also on the balcony is a home gym for those wishing to work out. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a double. It has a full kitchen It will sleep up to 6 people. It has a full kitchen with indoor eating area and beautiful large outdoor eating area complete with BBQ. It has wireless internet and the living room has a 50 inch TV. It also has an outdoor shower and washer and dryer.
The "Casita" is an entirely separate building overlooking the beautiful pool area and features a queen sized bed, air conditioning, kitchenette and full bathroom.
This area of Playa Conchal, Brasiltio, Playa Flamingo, Potrero and Tamarindo is full of beautiful restaurants and places to hang out. It is also tourist central with so much to do including surfing, stand up paddleboarding, snorkelling, scuba diving, waterfalls tour, volcano tours, fishing, atv rides, jet skis, horseback riding, sunset cruises, hikes, zip lining, mountain biking, white water rafting, exploring and so much more.
