A rare find in the city of Barcelona, Fuji is a grandiose penthouse with a sprawling 57 square meter terrace with a view of the entire city. The 130 square meter apartment, flooded with natural light, has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The highlight of Fuji is the spacious terrace, which is fitted with an outdoor dining area covered by a bamboo pergola and two sun loungers.
There are several outdoor lounge areas, one of which is covered by a duplicate pergola.To the right of the entrance, find an ensuite bedroom fitted with queen-sized bed and ample storage space. The ensuite bathroom is modern and comes with a full shower. Past the bedroom, there is an open plan living space with a fully furnished kitchen facing the lounge area. There is a wooden dining table with a unique lantern lamp, located next to the terrace doors.
The living room area includes a comfortable lounge area facing the Smart TV, and dedicated work space with two chairs. One of the walls features an impressive simple decor with green leaves spilling over. A small hallway has a bathroom with a full shower. The second bedroom, with queen-sized bed and multiple closets, looks onto a small rock garden outside. For comfort, this apartment comes equipped with air conditioning in the Living Room and in one Bedroom. All bed and bath linens are provided.
