Apartment with terrace in a family residence located in the tourist center of Salou, situated at 250 meters from the beach and with walking access to all kind of shops, restaurants and leisure activities.
Well maintained, functional and equipped rental to accommodate up to 4 people.
This apartment is distributed in a bedroom with a double bed and large windows with access to the terrace, separated by a wall is the cabin with a bunk bed (two single beds), a bathroom with a shower and a space where the washing machine is installed. The equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc.). The living-dining room equipped with its dining set, a sofa, television, ceiling fan and windows to access the beautiful covered terrace furnished with table, chairs and sun loungers, with views of a quiet one-way street and the garden of the residence.
To complete the comfort, the accommodation includesWi-Fi. As optional services to be requested in advance are the bedding and shower towels for 10 euros/person and a private parking space in a neighboring residence for 12 euros/day, although on the street in front of the residence the places are free (painted white).
The apartment is on the fourth floor with elevator in a well-kept family residence with a small garden at the entrance, many flowerpots, an interior patio with showers when you return from the beach and a bicycle rack.
The residence is 250 meters from Capellans Beach, a wide sandy beach with showers, sun loungers, beach bars, playground, Wi-Fi, and from where its possible to access directly to Camí de Ronda, a pedestrian path that connects all the beaches and coves of Salou and their water activities. Also close to the residence is Avenida Carlos Buigas, the main commercial area of Salou with various shops, supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, lounge bars, game rooms, etc., and bus stops to access the cities of La Pineda, Cambrils, Reus, Tarragona and even Barcelona. Just a few minutes away by car, bus or tourist train is the PortAventura-Ferrari Land amusement park.
