Additional features include a coffee bar and massage / workout room. The entire house will be updated with a fresh, modern touch and design.
This large villa offers a variety of outdoor and indoor areas where you can relax or enjoy the company of friends and family. Electric gates secure the compound shared with 3 other luxury properties, a private walkway grants exclusive access to one of Guanacaste’s most popular beaches and ample roofed parking provides enough space for up to 3 cars.
Inside the front garden, a covered patio creates the perfect space for a BBQ and outdoor kitchen. An intimate eating area along with beautiful views of the back terrace, pool, and palapa welcome you through the wooden double doors that provide added privacy and separate the front and back courtyard when needed.
Just off of the entrance, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher, stove, and microwave, a double sink, and everything else you need to cook or have a chef cater for your. In the dining room, a large wooden table accommodates 8 guests comfortably, with a half bath conveniently located nearby. In the living room you can enjoy comfortable seating and lots of lighting for reading, playing games, or watching a movie on the large-screen TV. High ceilings and large windows amplify the space to make it feel open and grand.
Make your way up the pebble stone staircase to the second floor to find two king size suites and the family bedroom, each one with its private bathroom. The family bedroom features a bunkbed with a queen bed on bottom & single bed on top.
Friends and family will love the two king-sized guest bedroom suites, accessed directly from the courtyard, each equipped with a large built-in storage unit, air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and an open-air shower. A cozy guest suite is only a staircase away at the back of the property. A queen bed, TV, walk-in shower, and balcony provide the right amount of comfort and privacy for anyone wanting to have a more intimate experience.
Even with all of these wonderful features throughout the villa, the heart of the property is the serene and colorful pool area full of palm trees, tropical plants, and brightly colored flowers. Take a break from the heat with a glorious swim in the pool, soak up some sun on the lounge chairs, or have a restful nap under the shade of the palapa where two new fans produce the right amount of cooling breeze.
