Welcome to this beautiful apartment for 4 - 5 people, with shared pool and only 150 metres away from the beach.
The facilities of this great and family complex of apartments include a great shared pool surrounded by a great lawn area. The pool sizes 8.5 x 7 metres while its depth goes from 0.5 to 1.8 metres. You will also find an exterior shower as well as a children pool for the family little ones. This sizes 3.44 x 2.29 metres and it has a 0.5 metres of water depth.
The apartment is in a second floor of a building with elevator. It boasts a helpful design and it has a modern decoration. When you enter you find a spacious living - dining - kitchen where you can cook your best recipes on the ceramic top while watching TV, setting the table or chatting all together. The washing machine, iron and ironing board also are right here. The apartment offers two bedrooms to rest, both with a wardrobe. One has a double bed and the other has twin beds. The extra guest can sleep in the sofa bed of the living room. We can prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. Three fans and three radiators complete the equipment.
Oliva is a privileged spot in the Mediterranean thanks to its stunning beach well known for its incomparable nature, beauty and quality which, together with the really good weather during the whole year make the place perfect to enjoy your deserved vacation. Regrading the town, Oliva is perfect to enjoy a nice walk maybe while shopping, surrounded by a quite atmosphere throughout the ancient streets of the town centre. Finally, if you feel like playing golf, the nearest course is only 5.5 km away.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The pool is available all seasons. There are no opening hours but please do not disturb during rest hours. Please, also note that there will be no lifeguard.
