A ten minute walk takes you past the shops, supermarket, bars and restaurants, to the unspoilt, but well kept Almayate/El Hornillo beach and chirinquitos, the beach bar/restaurants. From here you have great views of the village and Sierra Tejeda Almijara mountains beyond, along with the 14m. high Osborne bull, the local landmark.
The ground floor consists of the living/dining room (which opens out on to the patio), kitchen, laundry room and bathroom/toilet. The first floor has three bedrooms, one with a double bed and balcony with sea views, the other two with twin beds (which can be pushed together), one facing the sea, the other facing the mountains, as well as the family bathroom/toilet.
The air conditioning unit is located on the upstairs landing, as well as ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living room.
