The main house offers a cosy and familiar atmosphere with a swimming pool, jacuzzi included in the price, and a barbecue area perfect for unforgettable moments surrounded by loved ones. Additionally, it has a recreation basement equipped with a video game machine, pool table, indoor ping-pong, stick and table football, ideal for entertainment for all ages. Remember that to respect neighbourly rest, the recreation area must be used between 9:00 and 21:00.
The villa is distributed over two floors, with clear views of the Guadalhorce Valley and an excellent solar orientation. Its terrace with garden furniture allows you to enjoy the outdoors and the views. The kitchen is independent and fully equipped to prepare your meals with comfort. The living-dining room is spacious and has a smart TV to relax after a day of exploration or rest.
The bedrooms are designed for family comfort: a master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with two single beds and a double bed, and a third bedroom with bunk beds, ideal for children or groups.
