THE SPACE
Located a stone's throw from the beach, this beautiful holiday home will not disappoint. Bring your children, family and pets along.
This is a very peaceful, quiet, and serene location, with little to no road noise. Wake up to the sunshine and the sounds of the birds. It is only an 8-minute (600-metre) easy walk along a flat terrain to the pristine beachfront. The street is safe, with low traffic and a fully fenced backyard for the kids.
If you are looking for a relaxing family getaway - look no further! Offering a spacious home that sleeps 11 guests, this wonderful abode has heating/cooling, TV, WIFI, ample space to stretch out, BBQ and a relaxing patio.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

Guests have the choice of:
BYO Linen / Towels—Guests bring their own fitted sheets, flat sheets, and pillowcases for each bed. They also bring their own beach, bath, and tea towels, along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.
Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire a full linen set for $30 per bed, which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.
Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person, including one bath towel and two tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).
Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set, including a bathmat and hand towel, for $10 per bathroom.
Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.
Ask management for additional pricing if the stay is longer than 7 days.
For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice, as last-minute requests may not be possible. Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs. Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.
