Villa Tranquila is a nice peaceful home in a lovely community yet you are walking distance to the beach, town, shopping, restaurants and more! And, with an ocean view from the top terrace! This villa is located just 25 minutes from LIR airport, and many beautiful beaches. Nestled in a nice housing community in Playas del Coco, you have a comfortable and spacious home that sleeps (with the casita), a total of 10 people including children. This is a three story home and very spacious for a large group. This is an older home with nice character and colors and unique constructions. Nice hard wood floors in parts, granite in others and just a lovely place to stay. Private grill and cooking area. It has a few living rooms for privacy and you reach each level by steps. In the main house on the pool level is the ground floor is two rooms. One has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a queen bed and twin bed. These two bedrooms share a large bathroom with shower. This floor also has a large living space and mini-kitchen area plus steps out to the pool area with terrace and grill area. The second floor which is the main floor you enter through the main door has a master bedroom with king bed, bathroom and living space area with terrace. The third floor has two very large living rooms, terrace and dining room with large kitchen. It also has a master bedroom with bathroom plus a twin bed that sits privately separated by a wall. There are pool toys for the children and also sun loungers along with outdoor seating. There are some nice shaded areas plus areas for some sun. You are only 25 minutes from LIR airport, 600 meters to the Playas del Coco beach and by driving to many other beaches. We can help you have a great vacation. You will love it!
